I have completed the research on the subjects you requested. It was not easy, as those of our kind can be quite elusive. I hope these new files can keep the Council on top of things in regards to these worrisome individuals.

Much of the investigation was done at Blood City just as you suggested, though the larger prey was more difficult to find in so public a locale. Since the horrendous events last month it has been harder to nail down information on the trio in question, though the two blondes have been easier to locate than others of late.

I also wished to inform you of some suspicious activity around the Council chambers. I’ve seen a woman frequenting the area that has hitherto been unknown. I have the most basic of information, but have put all I know into file 4295-4. I will keep an eye on her and learn what more I can to keep the entire Council abreast of the situation.

Please accept these dossiers as the most up to date information we have to work with. Pardon the sketches, but I dared not risk a camera with worry the flash would draw attention to my intentions.
